HOARDING - continuing to keep animals by humans who lack sufficient funds to properly care for and feed, water, and shelter these animals.
If you do not have the money to property take care of your animals, contact your local animal shelters, rescues and fosters to help you network the critters so they can find good homes with the financial means to property care for them. PLEASE!?
